Viva Revolution - by Steve Salterszo © 2011 Pinetree Music® 1. Standing alone but I'm not by myself You call the shots, surrounded by your riches and wealth There'll be a day of reckoning, A day your castle's will fall We've come together, to tear down your walls c. Standing together, has made us strong Standing together, We'll separate the right from wrong Break down the barriers, overcome the transgressors Viva revolution its do or die Viva revolution is our cry 2. Breaking the backs of those that had served you well With hard-line policies you made our life a living hell You dictate to us how, were, when and why With your spin doctor's excuses, in endless supply 3. No freedom to say what we like, in case we offend Progressive agenda must be carried through to the end We're just cattle fed fat on the lies you tell Our questions, fears and hopes with expert skill you dispel

about

This is the fifth album from Salterszo featuring 11 tracks of solid gold. It's usually hard for an artist to maintain a level of song writing such as this, but for anyone wishing to study the art of writing consistently good tunes then have a listen here.

The opening track “Something Better Than This” is somewhat biopic. The constant strive for perfection, for achievement to reach one's goals and a hint to the passionate endeavour to make that one breakthrough song, such as Springsteens “Born to Run” that would catapult this artist into the mainstream or Indie charts and generate a large fan base.

Then there are other gems, “Oatman AZ” based on the true story of the once thriving town on old route 66, to the country pop crossover tune “Back On The Road” followed on by the Bon Jovi sounding track “This Lonely Highway”.

The album rocks n rolls its way through infectious tune after tune, falling pleasantly on the ears and sounds every bit a classic, top down, sun splitting the trees driving album. The album finishes off with a beautiful track; an old 50’s grab your partner for the last dance song and brings a wonderful end to a stunning album.

In the days in which we live were music is dictated to us by the large corporations, albums like this pass us by, unknown and unnoticed it's a crime to good music and I for one await the revolutionary change.

So do yourself a favour and take a listen or even better help support unsigned artists such as Salterszo and seek them out, become a fan and bring great, genuine honest music back to the masses. A great album to add to anyone's collection.
